Central Real Estate invests in visionary and sustainable development projects in inner-city locations in Swiss commercial centres. Central Real Estate Holding AG was founded in May 2019 by Swiss pension funds, investment foundations and insurance companies. The development site in the district of Klybeck in Basel, which has been acquired by the subsidiary Rhystadt AG, is the Group’s first project.
